Tanushree Jain

Biography

Ms. Tanushree Jain is a pharmacy graduate from India and is currently serving as the Chairperson of Public Health at the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF). She has been involved in pharmacy and health advocacy for more than six years now at various levels from grassroot campaigns to national and global advocacy. She led the Global AMR Youth Summit 2024 which saw 1700+ youth registrants from all across the world. Tanushree, as a member of the WHO Youth Council, is Chair of the Health, Education and Literacy Working Group. She advocates for youth voices to be included in the decision making of global health governance and also has experiences speaking at high-level meetings such as the World Health Assembly and UNFCCC COP29. Additionally, she acts as the Spokesperson of Global Youth Voices convened by GGTC. Tanushree is dedicated towards youth engagement and her advocacy for public health issues to create a healthier world.
