Professor Armand-Lefevre has contributed to the analyses of data generated from national and supranational AMR surveillance programs. Her research focuses on the acquisition and dissemination of multi-drug resistant Enterobacterales and their mobile genetic elements. She is engaged in One

Health-based AMR surveillance projects including the TRICYCLE protocol implemented in Madagascar by The Mérieux Foundation, and the JPI-AMR TRIUMPH project (One Health CPE surveillance). She participates in the KOICA Project (WHO) in Mali, the Fleming Fund Fellow Scheme in Senegal, and the ONHETO (Expertise-France) project in Togo
